Bug loves San Francisco. So much so that when she describes what heaven will be like she says "it will be even better than San Francisco". Now that's sayin' something.
Ghiradelli Square was one of Bug's favorite places in San Francisco. There's places to eat, stores to browse, and best of all, live music to dance to and get all the crazies out before bedtime.
All that energy was probably sugar-induced. Ghiradelli Square is home to Kara's Cupcakes! I had been there before , and had sampled several cupped cuties (in order to write a serious review of course) and had fallen in utter scrumptious love. I knew it was only fair to baptize Bug by buttercream too.In this photo, she's feeling the same giddiness and irregular heartbeat I did when faced with all the delicious choices.
How to choose?!
Choose wisely, Bug.
Vanilla Sweet Cream.
A wise choice indeed!
I bet they have these in heaven.

She's got the moves! Wow, what a routine she had going; I think you have a choreographer progeny on your hands and I see many dance recitals in your future. : )
Ghiradelli square! Ghiradelli is the real thing when it comes to chocolate, wish I could have been there for some chocolate while I watched the show!
What a beautiful sweetie and so happy, love this post!

Elle,
I would like to think that they will have cupcakes and chocolate in heaven! That seems to be what we say whenever we bite into one of them.

Go bug!! I love that nothing can come close to the excited face of a child with a CHOICE of cake!!! So cute! Great memories!
There's nothing sweeter to see than a cute little girl beside herself with glee over the choice of cupcakes before her! :)
Bug is utterly adorable!!
And what a talented Bug she is! Adorable video! What a fun and *sweet* trip :) -Tammy
Love the video, great dancing! I love her inhibition, so sweet. And her cupcake choice looked scrumptious! Yummy!
I definitely feel like a kid again when I eat cupcakes! Yum!
I agree...good choice Bug! Looks like she's a vanilla girl, YES! :)

She is one serious dancer! Did she take a tap class? I can't quite remember which dance class she took but she carries her arms like a tap dancer. Although I definitely saw some ballet twirls in there.
Gotta love a girl who glows over cupcakes :)
We went there for a business trip when I was 6 mos. pregnant with Stuntwoman and Master had just turned 2. How did I miss Kara's cupcakes? I must make sure not to make that mistake if I ever get to go again.
OK, now I need a cupcake! Looks like I had better get to SF!
She's a beauty!
Alright Gracie! She's got the moves!! :) Love it.
What a little dancer you have! I love those moves especially at the end, the kicks! :) I could just feel the excitement she felt at being in her little piece of heaven, San Francisco....and oh the cupcakes....now I'm hungry for lots of buttercream icing! Bug is such a doll!
Hope you have a great weekend, Elle Bee!
Hugs,
Tammy
Oh, so cute! Dancing girls just have It, don't they? And what a way to reward such fantastic dancing...with a scrumptious cupcake! Those do look heavenly, I must say. Cupcakes are my favorite thing to decorate...and eat!
I was in Ghirardelli Square 5 years ago in April. I did a 10-day coastal highway road trip with my high school friend Ginny who lives near South Lake Tahoe. It was the best road trip ever!
Elle,
Please help me spread the word of a sister in Christ who so desperately needs help with a limited amount of time left.
