The Cakes

Pumpkin cakes for the little pumpkins. I have a pan. It makes a pumpkin top and a pumpkin bottom. I glue top and bottom together with frosting. Then I go do a crossword puzzle. But here is my plan. I let everyone think I hand-sculpted the cakes, toiling for many hours, throwing out unsuitable prototypes, never resting until I had acheived cake art. Then I bat my eyelashes and say "these old things?" and dismiss the compliments with a wave of my hand, all the while wondering just what 3 Down was if 14 Across really started with a B. Dah!! Did I just say that out loud?? My secret plan is ruined!

Those are adorable! I have a cake tin to make a little lamb like that. I'll have to try it out this Easter. I've always been afraid to try it.

I love this pumpkin cake!!! I want this pan!!! I absolutely love the video of your twins turning 2. Love the shot of your older daughter when she's looking at one of them, her expression is so sweet. She's truly excited! Great job putting that together. If I send you a ton of photos, could you put one together for me? Ha!! Enjoy your day!
