So. If you’re going to ride the cable cars in San Francisco at night, you should be properly attired. Meaning, dressed warmly.
A certain someone’s husband forgot a certain neccessity. So we suited up at Macy’s. And I, of course, documented the activity.
Yep. It fits.
It was a beautiful, misty evening.
But I, unfortunately, had a headache.
The sights, the lights,
the cold breeze, and the thrill
of vintage transportation didn’t make my headache go away.
But it sure was fun.
The next day, I hopped back on the cable car
to ride to the Cable Car Museum.
I still don’t fully understand how it all works.
But that’s why some of us are engineers and some of us are bloggers.

100% agree with your last sentence (which is exactly why I blog)!

What a cool place, it looks like fun!
It has been YEARS since I rode a cable car but I remeber how fun it was! Sorry for the headache, did you see any Rice-a-Roni? ;)
:) I love San Fran! I love the cable cars (I love the street cars more because they are sooooo cheap to ride on!)
Looks like fun!
I think there should be some sort of law against headaches while out and about and away from children! Looks like you still made the best of it! I love SF!

I've always wanted to see those cable cars!
Looks like you had fun. My husband always under dresses for traveling and he now has a Niagara Falls fleece jacket and a Plymouth Rock Hoodie. I started teasing him he was trying to get souvenirs that way! You may have missed my big news when your computer was in the shop. I'm expecting another punk this spring!
I don't know how the internet gets the little bits and bytes to the right places, but it works for me! I don't look under the car hood either. It's nice to keep some things a mystery!
Have a great Thanksgiving!
Val
